We have been eagerly awaiting the return of Brian Ritchot and his partner Erin here at Feathertop. The past 5 years, the duo have been at ‘The Currant Shed’ in the premier South Australian wine region of McLaren Vale. French Canadian Chef Brian has worked around the world, pairing contemporary dishes with his bold understanding of French classic. Erin, restaurant Maître d’, has a comprehensive knowledge of wines, developing and refining her palette working at venues such as the famous ‘Samuels George Winery’ in SA.
What to expect! Quality Modern Australian cuisine at it’s finest, sourced from the freshest of produce from local suppliers, with a side menu of oysters and tapas to share by the bar. The team will ensure a dining experience most memorable on the mountain.
Our restaurant will be trading evenings on the 10th, 11th and 12th of March for the Peaks Challenge weekend. We are offering a 3 course menu priced at $48 per person with children’s meals available and the bar will be open from 3pm.
