Quality Modern Australian cuisine at its finest, with a twist of European, Asian and Middle Eastern dishes to offer something for all tastes.
We source the freshest produce from local suppliers and craft them from scratch to produce exquisite tastes and crisp textures.
Our 2024 Menu has been extended to include even more wholesome house-made contents of bread, starters, and mains with many vegan, vegetarian, and GF options which can be seen below, the team will ensure a dining experience most memorable on the mountain.
In-house guests can enjoy a complimentary ‘Ski-in Ski-out’ light lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday after dining the previous night. Simply email us from below!
Our A la carte menu runs Monday to Saturday from 5’ish to late, on Sunday our Carvery Roast dinner with Yorkshire pudding and Apple Crumble hits the spot after a travel day or a big day on the slopes.
Fridays are bubbled up with fresh Coffin Bay Oysters shucked to order and washed down with Laurent Perrier, Patricia or another of our local Prosecco.
Our bar kicks off with Happy Hour(s) from 4 pm daily, serving house made Gluwein, Gapsted wines and Prosecco from $7, $15 Cocktails, $10 Pints of Carlton Draught and Bridge Road Pale Ale from the tap.
The wine list is heavily weighted towards the wines of Victoria’s North East featuring Golden Ball, Brown Brothers, Fowles, Campbells, Pizzini and Gapsted by the glass and the bottle. You’ll also find premium labels like ‘Wines by Farr’ from Bannockburn, and other classics from Coonawarra, and both the Mornington and Bellarine Peninsula’s.
Our talented bar staff will mix for you élite cocktails, choose from Espresso Martini, Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Negroni, Whisky Sour, Gin Sour, our popular Winter Warmer or any others you desire.
