What to expect at The Top! Quality Modern Australian cuisine at its finest, sourced from the freshest of produce from local suppliers crafted from scratch to produce the freshest of tastes and crispest of textures.
Our 2019 Menu is created by award winning chef Daniel Hill, he and his team offer Breads, Starters, Entrée, Mains and Vegetarian options which can be seen below, the team will ensure a dining experience most memorable on the mountain.
Our full menu runs Monday to Saturday, Sunday is our traditional carvery roast and Fridays are bubbled up with fresh Coffin Bay Oysters shucked to order and washed down with Veuve, Patricia or a local Prosecco.
Our bar kicks off with Happy Hour(s) from 4pm daily. We have Beechworth Bridge Road beers on tap, their range of bottled beers and cider, along with the favorites; Corona, Heineken, Peroni and local heroes Carlton Draught, Coopers Pale, Pure Blonde and Cascade Light.
The wine list is heavily weighted towards the wines of Victoria’s North East featuring Fowles, Campbells and Gapsted by the glass and the bottle with other classics from Coonawarra, The Mornington and Bellarine Peninsula’s, Marlborough and we pour Veuve by the glass on Fridays when its Oysters, Shots & Bubbles.
Our talented bar staff can mix the meanest cocktails, choose from Expresso Martini, Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Shakka Takka our Winter Warmer or challenge them to invent a new one!.
